On his return, the man who became an Officer of the Legion of Honour in 1949 co-founded the MRAP, and will be the general secretary from 1950 to 1971. He, thereafter, "2015 assured the representation of MRAP with the CNCDH (National Consultative Commission on Human Rights)," said Agustin Godoy. His burial will be held Wednesday, March 2 in Paris.
