Rossig, Brady and Markovich, who reside in New York suburbs, got to the top of the building after sneaking through a hole in the skyscraper´s construction fence. The night-time jumps were filmed with cameras attached to the jumpers´ helmets, one of the videos, later posted on YouTube, has gone viral with more than 3.5 million views.
The sky diver, Marko Markovich, 28, was found guilty in June of reckless endangerment and of violating a New York City ordinance against parachuting off buildings and bridges.

He was sentenced on Monday to 300 hours of community service and a $2,000 fine. James Brady and Andrew Rossig, were given similar penalties when they were sentenced several weeks ago by the judge who presided over the case.
The three men, all veteran parachutists with experience in BASE (Building, Antenna, Span and Earth) jumps, never disputed that they sneaked into the uncompleted tower.
