This Year was the Second Edition of "Next Leaders Awards", organized by Les Echos and held at La Gaïté Lyrique (Paris - France) on November 28, 2017. Seven Awards :

It is Imperative that Companies look to the Next Generation for ways to merge Technology, Soft Skills and the New Ideas necessary to seamlessly keep the Organization Afloat and Profitable. A Company should determine where there is a Need to buy Talent in the Short Term and where can build Talent in the Long-Term.
